Fitness Background:

Marvell Graduated from Notre Dame College of Ohio. Marvell started at an early age by being named Captain of the Track and Field team in High School from 2001-2003 where he organized and conducted practice for both sprint and distance runners. Marvell was named Athlete of the Year the year he graduated from high school and was one of the top athletes in the Bahamas in his events. Along with numerous high stake track and field meets Marvell also competed in the Olympic trials in his favorite events.

 In March of 2003 Marvell was awarded a full track and field scholarship to Notre Dame College. While in College he was named Men’s Basketball Team assistant at Notre Dame College from 2003-2004. He assisted during practice and with strength and agility sessions. The following year (2004-2005) he worked at the gym at Notre Dame College where he was responsible for general upkeep of the facility and provided assistance for students and patrons.During that same period he served as a Lifeguard at Notre Dame College (Olympic size pool).After Graduating he became a member of the Cleveland Cobras Semi-Professional Football team where he played: Outside Linebacker, Defensive End, and Special teams.In the summer of 2009 he conditioned a high school football player from Brunswick for the upcoming football and track and field season.

With over 20 clients in 2010 Marvell was promoted to the Director of Personal training  in Streetsboro, where he worked closely with management and trainers to ensure personal training ideology was being practiced and executed.

Shortly after that, Marvell decided to take his business to Medina, Ohio. He walked in with three clients and worked himself up to over 15 clients in four quick months. Marvell also began his first installment of “Body Melt” a high intensity cardio class at a corporate office in Richfield, Ohio. Shortly thereafter he broke into the soccer world and led a Girls 12 Under Travel Team where he created a Speed Strength and Agility clinic. In 2015 Marvell accompanied an athlete at the University of Cincinnati who was attending a tryout hosted by the Canadian Football League Montreal Alouettes.

Exercise Philosophy:
Marvell believes that first and foremost exercise should be SAFE. Second, exercise should bring RESULTS.  And last but certainly not least “exercise should be FUN….well…fun-ish.”
