Fitness Background

As a double athlete at Twinsburg High School Josh excelled in Football where he played running back and during the off season he was a member of the Track and Field team (indoor and outdoor) were he competed in the 100 meter dash.

After high school Josh joined a local semi pro team (Akron SilverBacks) who he played running back for in the 2014 season. In 2015 Josh attended a tryout hosted at the University of Cincinnati by the Canadian Football League led by the Montreal Alouettes.

Josh was the reciepent of the 2015 MVP award from the gym Team Wring Fitness and the Team Wring Flag Football league for going above and beyond what's expected of him.

Fitness to Josh has become a part of who he is. Now as a personal trainer he’s excited to help other achieve their fitness goals. Josh continues to work on his overall goal of playing football professionally. In 2018 Josh turned his attention to the United States Powerlifting Association where he took first place in the 82.5kg divsion and took third at the Battle of the Lakes in Cleveland, Ohio
