PiYo® LIVE: Coming Fall 2017 Combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. You'll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small. Sweat, stretch, and strengthen in one low-impact, body-sculpting workout.

Body Melt: The session is heavily cardio based focusing on a full body transformation which incorporates elements of body weight movements,  weight resistance, plyometrics , agility, kick- boxing and Ab work all brought together to maximize your results and experience. Body Melt is a moderate to high intensity workout with modifications for those that might need it, with a music playlist that’s sure to push you through your workout.

Spin City: The classes are lead by instructors who normally guide participants through a series of phases, from warm-up to more challenging phases, to a period of peak effort followed by a cool down.  The intensity of the workout is influenced by a couple of things like cadence, or pedal rate,  resistance of the bike's flywheel, which can be continually adjusted throughout the class to make pedaling easier or more difficult by the rider's body position, as they either pedal from a seated position or rise from the saddle.

Gut Check: The classes are led by instructors which last 45 minutes. Music is provided to help get the energy up while participants are led through a fitness agenda that isolates the core region. Areas worked are full body exercises, front core cavity, lower back, oblique’s, pelvic and glutes. We leave no stone unturned in Gut Check!

TRIO: The session is jammed packed with a sample of three of our popular classes (Body Melt, Gut Check and Spin City). This class last 60 mins and gives you exactly what you need due to the constant switch in pace.  The H.I.I.T style of training from Body Melt, the core focus from Gut Check and the low impact but steady cardio flow of Spin City. Trio will sure to test every level of your fitness…

Mini Melt: The session is heavily cardio based focusing on a full body transformation for kids 12 years of age and under. The session incorporates elements of body weight movements,  weight resistance, plyometrics , agility, kick- boxing and Ab work all brought together to maximize results and the experience for our little ones. Mini Melt is a moderate workout that last 45 minutes which is ideal to get any child moving and enjoying fitness.

S.S.A: Our goal is to focus on developing and enhancing the athletes speed, quickness, physical and mental reconditioning and agility through maximum effort drills in our comprehensive 4 week program for all sports and also to have FUN. Training will cover speed development, explosion, injury prevention, fast twitch muscle training with kinetic bands, hand and eye coordination, vertical and horizontal development.
