HOW IT WORKS

The challenge will be completed indivdually.

  • Registration is only $40 for the complete 6 week Challenge (Registration is all inclusive: Custom workout plan or Meal Plan, Free Team Wring Merch, Free Weighin and Measure up, Free Online Weight Loss Database Acess)
  • Payouts will be made to individuals weekly for every 1lb lost you get paid $1. Yes, your getting paid!

Weigh-in is EVERY Saturday from 9:30am to 11:30am EST with a TWF trainer. Weigh-ins may be done in person or virtually!

Weigh-in is completely confidential and weight loss will be shared with a (+/-) via leader board.
